RETURN POLICY
If you receive a damaged package you should refuse the shipment from the carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to notify Gator Tackle Co. as soon as the damaged package is received.
If you receive a damaged or defective product you may return the item/s for a replacement or refund. All damaged and defective products and shipments must be returned to Gator Tackle Co. for further inspection to receive a refund or replacement. Upon receiving a damaged shipment or defective product you must notify Gator Tackle Co. within 48 hours and return the package within 15 days to receive a refund or replacement.
If you have changed your mind about a product that was ordered, please send an email to sales@gatortackle.com or call 904-827-7100 so that you may return the unused, undamaged, unopened, and in new condition product for a refund or exchange if the product is returned within 15 days.
In all cases, you are responsible for shipping to return the product or package. Upon inspection of the package or product you will receive a replacement free of shipping charges. If you have any questions regarding our return policy please do not hesitate to contact us.

SHIPPING TERMS AND RATES
Gator Tackle Co. orders over $100 will receive free shipping, all other orders will ship at a flat rate of $5.00 (excluding rods $10 additional for oversized packaging). All orders will be shipped primarily byFedEX but USPS and UPS will be used when appropriate. Please note appropriately on your order if you have any other needs, and we will contact you.
All online orders that include a valid e-mail address will be sent an order acknowledgement. When the order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation via email to inform you of your order status. Your shipping confirmation will include ship date, carrier and tracking number if applicable. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for your tracking number to be activated. Tracking numbers on packages shipped via Priority Mail may take 1-2 business days from the date the package was shipped before they are activated.
Standard delivery time for most orders is 3-6 business days.

*SmartPost is a parcel expeditor that utilizes Federal Express to deliver your package to a USPS (United States Postal Service) facility close to your home where it is sorted and delivered by USPS to your residence.
